Industrial Programs

This introductory course is designed for students with little to no experience in the electrical field. Students are introduced to electrical terminology, circuit types, and fundamental concepts of voltage, current, and resistance. Hands-on training includes wiring basic circuits using the Amatrol 990-ACDC1 training system, proper use of a digital multimeter, and applying electrical formulas such as Ohm's Law to perform voltage, current, and resistance calculations.

This NCCER introductory course prepares students for entry-level residential construction jobs by covering site safety, basic math, power and hand tools, construction drawings, and employability skills through hands-on learning.

Our Industrial Maintenance program prepares students for careers in industrial maintenance through hands-on training in basic electricity, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), pneumatics, and sensors. Students will learn essential skills used to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment in modern facilities.

Ideal for beginners, this course prepares you for industry success and culminates in a Certificate of Completion. Upon demonstrating required competencies, students may qualify to test for AWS certifications.

Take your welding abilities to the next level with our General Welding course. This class is designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels and is ideal for students with some existing welding experience who are looking to refine their technique. You will master general welding principles while gaining real-world, hands-on experience by fabricating products for the upcoming World Ag Expo. Upon demonstrating required competencies, students may qualify to test for AWS certifications.

The curriculum emphasizes precision, safety, and the application of advanced welding skills to prepare students for professional standards. Students must be proficient in using and interpreting a tape measure to successfully perform the necessary measurements and fabrication tasks required for this level of instruction. Upon demonstrating required competencies, students may qualify to test for AWS certifications.
